When a group of apprentice artists from Off the Wall, the paid summer internship program facilitated by the Oak Park Area Arts Council (OPAAC), were installing a mural on the Oak Park side of the Austin Boulevard and Lake Street viaduct last summer, they were approached by residents of Austin, who wondered aloud when one would be installed on their side of the viaduct.
