The Oak Park Area Arts Council Presents Artists' Work on Display
at Forest Park National Bank & Trust Co.

The Oak Park Area Arts Council, in partnership with the Forest Park National Bank & Trust Co., is proud to present Lizard Realm, an exhibit of acrylic paintings by Nina Ulana during the months of May and June 2008 in the Bank’s lobby, 7348 W. Madison Street.

“My most recent series are five works that depict Caribbean wildlife,” says Nina.  “Flowers and reptiles are favorites of mine, and I enjoyed combining the two in this series.  The flower is a temporary manifestation that often brings appreciation, awareness and consciousness.  The lizard, on the other hand, often symbolizes our subconscious, our instinct and our inner desires.  Through this series, I hope to inspire and invoke passion and contemplation.”
