The Oak Park Area Arts Council Presents Local Artist's Work
On Display at Wm. B. Sullivan Realty

The Oak Park Area Arts Council is proud to continue its partnership with Wm. B. Sullivan Realty in displaying local artists’ work.

For the months of March and April 2008, local artist and teacher Sandra Campbell will exhibit her paintings at the Oak Park Area Arts Council’s Gallery at Wm. B. Sullivan Realty, 107 N. Marion in Oak Park.

Sandra’s most recent work has focused on rural landscape.  “I have been drawn to painting country roads, and how these roads disappear in the distance,” says Sandra.  The inspiration of these paintings has been her summers spent in northern Wisconsin.  “My work also examines the forms in nature along the roadway, milkweed, tiger lilies and repetition of rows of corn.  I am attracted to the pattern in a newly mown field, and I seem to repeat these scenes and forms in various paintings.”

An artist reception will be held on Friday, April 11 from 6:30-8:30 pm.
