The Decatur Area Arts Council, is seeking Executive Director with a passion for community arts. Responsible for fundraising, community relations, programming, general management. Ideal candidate: bachelor’s degree, 5+ years leadership, management experience in community arts, business, non-profit or related field. Must be able to lead, motivate and inspire with proven fundraising, marketing, communications, interpersonal and management skills. Competitive salary.
